DELIVERY

90% Of our orders are sent out same day and customers receive them within 2 days Except 48 delivery which is at a cheaper rate. We cannot guarantee next day delivery as we are at the mercy of delivery companies. Please make sure some one is available to receive the order as it has to be signed for. You can choose a delivery address is you like but goods will not be left unsigned for. If no one is at home then a card will be left informing you that a delivery failed. After  card notification and no response, the goods will be returned to us and you will be charged for the original delivery cost and  the return cost to us is. We cannot deliver to you if you are not at home. Delivery is Monday to Friday normal working hours. We use parcel force so check with depot to see if your item is there. The deadline for next working day is 2 pm on the day.Note - We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Do not leave your order until the last minutes if you need them for a deadline.

All prices quoted on website are for Internet orders only. If orders are telephone in then you may be charge the full retail price. We try to keep our prices up-to-date and stock levels high.

We cannot delivery to you address if no one is at home. Do not make a purchase if no one will be available to collect it.

 If you decide that something you ordered doesn't fit or isn't exactly what you want, we'll take it back as a return. Just send your unwashed, unused and unworn item to us within 14 days of shipment with a receipt. We'll issue a credit to your credit card. If we believe the product you've returned has been damaged, washed, worn, used  or tampered with in anyway we'll send it back to you as soon as possible.

Of course if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All our products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if 14 days have passed since your purchase. If the company determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. If we find that there is no default or the item has been tampered with in anyway we will return the product to you.

Army surplus items are mostly grade 1 or new. If you return grade 1 items because you do not like them then you are liable for the postage. Grade 1 items are not new and not perfect. They have been used and have some marks on them. Do not confused with grade 1 and perfects. All grade 1 items are checked before dispatch. By buying grade 1 items you agree to these terms.

To return products purchased at cadet UK follow these simple steps: .

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the purchase documentation along with the reason for returning the goods.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. If you don't have the original return documentation, or if you have any other questions about your return, please call our Online Service Team (see contact us)

There may be a charge for special delivery instructions and for customers who do not wish to use our carrier. The difference in postage with the Post Office may be more expensive.

Make sure you include the original documentation sent to you when you purchased the goods. This is very important as we need the e-mail address and cost of the goods. We have thousands of records and it takes too long for us to check your purchase.

Do not send items back with expensive overnight carriers. We will not pay for this, use the most economical way you can

Grade 1 condition means in working condition and may have some small repairs 

No director, employee or representative will be liable whether in contract, negligence or any wrongs for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect arising out of or in connection with your use of our websites or catalogues, including, without limitation, damage to software or hardware, economic loss, loss of data, consequential damage, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

None of these exclusions and limitations are intended to limit any rights you have as a customer, or any statutory rights which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents, representatives or employees

The conditions from website are not the same as the shop as they 2 different  departments.

The cost of carriage is £5.99 any size of order UK mainland and BFPO. This excludes highlands and islands and NI. We have cheaper rates for small packets such as badges and belts. Flagpoles will cost more to deliver so check the price.

Guarantees & Warranties of Airsoft products
Damaged goods or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Electric rifles, spring rifles and electric pistols come with a 12 month warranty..

Our Gas pistols, gas rifles & spring shotguns have a 45 day warranty.

 Free repair services can be offered within warranty period.
Our warranty covers replacement or repair of defective / damaged products only, as determined by our technician or representatives.
Modifying, altering, or  will void all warranties.

Warranties do not cover
Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair, train fares or petrol money.
Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.Fault arising from misuse or repairs not done by ourself s
Using poor quality  BB's.
If batteries are used that are notn 8.4v Nimh or 7.4V Lipo
Wear and tear.
Adventure1 will not be responsible for compatibility between various manufactures..
Warranties are void when the product is abused, altered,  disassembled in any way, showing any alteration.
All Airsoft guns sold by us requires the use of high grade Airsoft BBs. Use of any lower grade or lower weight BBs will cause extensive damage to your gun and void your warranty immediately.  BBs 0.2g or higher is recommended. We carry only the highest quality bb's at the best pricing to help you help us help you.
Batteries and chargers that are packaged with electric rifles are considered for testing purposes only and not covered under warranty.
